Murray and Sherri Floyd purchased Beachcomber Cranbrook in 2002 with a mission to bring relaxation and style to their community. Over the years, their children, Ashton and Caydence, joined the business, ensuring the company’s values of family, quality, and exceptional service endure.

Just had the best experience at this store! Went in with a hot tub issue/question, both the ladies working there were extremely helpful. Printed me out step by step instructions and made sure I understood what products to use and when. It's been over a month with this hot tub issue, and no one else was knowledgeable enough to help me out. I live in Kimberley, but will be making this store my primary hot tub product store from now on.

Went in to get chemicals for a older tub and came out buying a new hot tub. Shane was very knowledgeable and made it a excellent experience.
Even after the purchase, I had some minor issues that was resolved quickly and professionally ( user errors). I highly recommend this buisness because of not only the product, but the 5 star service and staff! Love our new tub!

Bought 2 Stand up paddle boards & received excellent customer service while selecting our boards.
Returned a month later dissatisfied with the model I chose as the head of the paddle slipped right off & fell to bottom of a very large lake & the grip mat on the board itself was coming unglued.
The staff immediately sprung to action to rectify the situation & made me feel my disappointment was valid.
I left extremely happy with both my experiences in-store.
The husbands board is still going super strong from day 1 & my new board is an absolute treasure!

Just recieved our new hot tub and couldn't be happier.
The service was excellent, from our initial visit to begin our selection, followed by a great delivery and installation.
The great service continues as the staff educates and looks after us on the maintenance and treatment of the water.
This is a service based business doing a very good job.

We have had a fabulous experience with Beachcomber! Shane helped us find the perfect tub for our family, Derek and Erik were amazing with set up—called ahead, were super efficient with installation, clear and thorough in going over the instructions with me and patient with my follow-up questions. Thanks guys! Follow-up water testing has also been really helpful and appreciated while we get the hang of things (thanks, Shandi!). We are super happy and couldn’t recommend them more highly.
