Your choices.
- Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the Site.
- Opt out of Google Analytics on all sites with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Adjust ad personalization at Google Ads Settings and in your Facebook account settings.
- Opt out of Hotjar at Hotjar Opt-out.
- Industry opt-out tools: optout.aboutads.info (DAA) and optout.networkadvertising.org (NAI).
- You may also contact us at the address in Section 1 with questions about these technologies.
3A. Your Tracking Choices
When you first visit the Site, we show you a notice about the technologies described in Section 3 and give you the choice to decline them. You can:
- Decline non-essential tracking — analytics, session recording, and advertising technologies will not be used for your visit. Declining is as easy as accepting and takes effect immediately.
- Change your mind at any time by clearing your browser cookies (your consent preference is stored in a cookie on your device).
Your choice is remembered across pages and future visits on the same browser. Strictly necessary cookies — the ones that keep the Site working and secure — are not affected, because the Site cannot function without them.
Declining is not a condition of using the Site. You can browse the Site, request a quote, and become a customer whether or not you accept these technologies. We do not use the technologies described in Section 3 to collect sensitive information, and we do not direct them at children.
Your information may be stored and processed in the United States by our service providers, where it may be accessible to United States authorities under applicable law.

We share information with:

They perform this work on our behalf under our contracts with them.
- Advertising and analytics partners — the providers named in Section 3. Some of this sharing may be considered “targeted advertising,” a “sale,” or “sharing” of personal information under certain privacy laws even though no money changes hands. You can opt out — see Section 3.

- We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
7. Phone Calls
The phone numbers shown on the Site may be provided by a call tracking service (CallRail) so we can measure which advertising generates calls. Calls to and from those numbers may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and record-keeping. Where a recording is made, you will be notified at the start of the call, and you may ask us not to record.
8. Retention and Security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes. Customer and billing records are kept for the life of the relationship and as long afterward as the law requires. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe; if you unsubscribe we keep a minimal suppression record so we do not contact you again.

You may use an authorized agent, in which case we may require written proof of authorization.
