Please note that message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile network operator. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. How to Opt-Out / Stop Receiving Messages
You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages from Beachcomber Cranbrook at any time.
- To stop receiving all messages from our SMS program, reply with the keyword STOP to any message you receive from us.
- You will receive one final confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device from that program unless you explicitly opt-in again.

American Business Systems, Inc. does not warrant that the SMS service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beachcomber Cranbrook will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the SMS service.
12. Governing Law
These SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
